Warranty For Parts

All parts come with a parts-only warranty, unless stated otherwise. Personal vehicle parts have a 3-month/10,000km warranty; commercial vehicle parts have 1-month warranty. Extended warranties available on request and specified in the invoice.

No return, refunds, or warranty for electrical items, turbocharges, and superchargers.

Engine warranty void if heat tube is altered, removed, or melted.

Warranty void if parts are dismantaled, altered, tamperred with, misused, or abused. Warranty claims require original, complete items.

ESP supplies components for authorized claims; used components may be provided. Labour charges covered with prior ESP arrangement.

ESP not responsible for car hire, accommodation, or income loss due to part faliur or delays.

Within 7 days: 20% restocking fee for incorrect orders. After 7 days: No refunds. Postage not refunded. No returns for special orders or cut body sections.

Non-refundable after 24 hours. Max hold: 2 weeks (unless stated)

You’re liable for shipping damage/loss, including ESP-arranged shipment.

Returned Part must have invoice.

  • Provide accurate vehicle info and inspect received parts.
  • Assess body panels; exchange if wrong.
  • Maintain proper fluids and follow ESP engine instructions.
  • Caution with aftermarket modifications.
  • Accessories not covered by warranty.
  • Professional fitting required.
  • Maintain cooling system and replace belts, hoses, and filters.
  • Inspect and replace components as needed.
  • Caution with aftermarket performance parts.
  • Non- ESP components not covered by warranty if used together.
